Lifelong learning goes far beyond meeting the basic requirements for maintaining architectural licensure - it is a family trait, a professional obligation, and a way to keep a competitive edge.

Echo Studio maintains a physical library established in 1990 with architecture books for college and which has grown to include rare monographs, references, and trade publications such as Architecture, Wood Design and Building, and Metropolis magazines. Echo also subscribes to online references such as Building Green.com to keep pace with industry developments.

Seminars, conferences, and continuing education classes are also essential for staying current.
